How to report a game problem

For a broken route, missing translation, control problem, or incorrect Guide detail, please include the game title, the language route, the device or viewport size, and the steps that reproduce the problem. A short screen recording or screenshot can help with layout and visual reports. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or a child’s personal information.

Useful reports help us separate a game rule question from a loading, accessibility, localization, or responsive-layout issue. If the problem only appears after a particular stage, Result screen, retry, or language switch, please mention that transition.

What to expect

WeightStudio reviews reports about WeightPlay’s public games, guides, trust pages, privacy, family safety, and advertising boundaries. Public channels are the available contact route; please do not post private personal information in a public comment. A report may be used to reproduce and correct a site or game issue, but a response time or individual fix cannot be guaranteed.
