Moonlight Workshop Escape
Moonlight Workshop Escape
Route Rux through six authored workshop rooms. Light every switch, collect the key, and reach the exit before the room's move budget runs out.
Overview
Moonlight Workshop Escape is a compact route-planning puzzle. Rux starts in a five-by-eight workshop grid while switches, walls, gates, ice tracks, portals, a key, and an exit define the route. A room is complete only when every switch is lit, the key is collected, and Rux reaches the door.
How the rooms work
Move with the arrow keys, WASD, or the on-screen pad. A legal step spends one move and can trigger a switch or portal. Gates open only after their numbered switch count is reached. Ice carries Rux through a straight slide, so a short move can commit to several cells. In the later rooms, switches must be activated in order; touching the key before the switch puzzle is finished does not complete the room.
The Result screen reports success or failure and offers Retry, the Stage rail, or the next room. A failed attempt does not erase unlocked rooms or the local best stage.
Progression and difficulty
Rooms 1 and 2 teach walls, switch order, and numbered gates. Room 3 adds ice, room 4 adds a paired portal, room 5 requires an ordered four-switch route, and room 6 combines gates, ice, a portal, and four switches. The six rooms reuse a readable grid while changing the planning question rather than relying on random layouts.
Strategy tips
Trace the exit route before stepping on the first switch. Count the remaining moves after each detour, and open a gate only when the next corridor is useful. On ice, plan the landing cell before committing. In the ordered rooms, use the numbered switch marker as the next objective instead of taking a nearby switch out of sequence.
Player and Save Information
The game works with touch, pointer, and keyboard input through the same movement rules. No account or purchase is required. The best unlocked room and sound preference are stored locally in this browser; clearing site data or changing browsers can remove that local record. Game attempts are not a public leaderboard or formal assessment.

- A numbered gate opens once the required number of switches is lit.
- How many rooms are included?
- There are six authored rooms, and later rooms combine the earlier route rules.
- Is progress saved?
