TriPeaks Solitaire

TriPeaks Solitaire uses three overlapping peaks and a Waste chain. Play an exposed card exactly one rank above or below the Waste card, keep the combo alive, and clear all 28 peak cards.

World and Mission

The three peaks hide one another in a compact reveal puzzle. A single good choice can uncover a complete row, while a rushed choice can break a chain and spend the Stock too early.

This strict classic version keeps Ace and King at the ends of the rank line, so an Ace does not wrap to King and a King does not wrap to Ace.

How the Systems Work

The layout contains 28 cards across three overlapping peaks. Only cards with no covering peak card are exposed.

An exposed card may move to Waste when its rank is exactly one above or below the current Waste card. Suits do not matter.

Each consecutive tableau play increases Combo; turning Stock starts a new route when the chain stops.

Hint highlights a legal exposed card. Undo restores the peaks, Waste, Stock, combo, and score.

How to Play

  1. Start with the face-up Waste card.
  2. Tap an exposed peak card one rank above or below it.
  3. Continue the chain to build Combo and reveal the covered rows.
  4. Turn one Stock card when no useful exposed card remains.
  5. Clear all three peaks before the Stock is exhausted.

Strategy Tips

  • Prefer a play that uncovers more of the next row.
  • Keep a long chain alive when it also reveals a peak card; a short chain may be less valuable.
  • Remember that this version has no Ace-King wrap.
  • Use Hint and Undo to compare which exposed card opens the next peak.
  • Do not spend Stock while a legal tableau play can extend the route.

Campaign and Difficulty Growth

Every round uses a 28-card three-peak tableau and a visible Stock route.

Early plays reward simple rank matching; later decisions ask you to protect a long chain and reveal multiple peaks.

Combo score and replayable deals make improvement easy to see without adding a timer.

Developer Design Note
