World and Mission

Golf keeps every tableau card visible but makes the exposed ends matter. The best route is a long run that opens a column before the Stock is needed.

This strict classic version does not wrap Ace to King, keeping each route readable and making the Stock timing the central decision.

How the Systems Work

The tableau has seven columns with five face-up cards each. Only the exposed end card of a column is playable.

A playable card is exactly one rank above or below the Waste card; suits do not matter.

Consecutive tableau plays build Combo. Stock cards provide a one-way source of new Waste cards.

Hint highlights a playable exposed card. Undo restores every column, Waste, Stock, combo, and score.

How to Play

  1. Use the initial Waste card as the start of the route.
  2. Tap an exposed column card one rank above or below it.
  3. Continue the longest useful run to clear columns.
  4. Turn Stock when no legal tableau card remains.
  5. Clear all 35 tableau cards before Stock is exhausted.

Strategy Tips

  • Look across all seven exposed cards before choosing the first move.
  • Prefer a move that exposes a fresh column end and keeps several ranks available.
  • Remember that Ace and King do not wrap in this version.
  • Protect the Stock for moments when no tableau route remains.
  • Use Undo to test whether the longer-looking route actually opens more cards.

Campaign and Difficulty Growth

Every deal uses 35 face-up tableau cards and a supporting Stock.

The short loop is easy to learn but rewards increasingly careful route selection.

Longer chains improve Combo and make the clear feel satisfying without relying on a timer.
