Speed Solitaire

A real-time card race: play one rank above or below either center card while the AI moves at the same time.

How the race works

You and the AI act without turns. Two center cards are always available. A card is legal when its rank is one above or below either center card; Ace wraps to King and King wraps to Ace. Playing replaces that center card and refills your hand up to five when stock remains.

Winning the round

The race ends when one side has no cards left in its hand or stock. The AI keeps scanning its own hand and may refresh the center cards when it has no legal play. There is no campaign ladder: each New Game is a fresh race against the same rule set.

Strategy

Keep both center cards in view and scan your hand after every refill. A legal card can disappear as soon as the AI changes that lane, so play promptly. Preserve a route through both lanes when possible instead of waiting for one perfect match.
