How the race works

You and the AI act without turns. Two center cards are always available. A card is legal when its rank is one above or below either center card; Ace wraps to King and King wraps to Ace. Playing replaces that center card and refills your hand up to five when stock remains.

Winning the round

The race ends when either side empties both its hand and stock. The AI scans its hand; the center cards may refresh when you have no legal play. There is no campaign ladder: each New Game is a fresh race against the same rule set.

Strategy

Keep both center cards in view and scan your hand after every refill. A legal card can disappear as soon as the AI changes that lane, so play promptly. Preserve a route through both lanes when possible instead of waiting for one perfect match.

Speed is free to play in a browser with no account or purchase. The current race, sound preference, and local records stay in this browser; clearing site data or changing browsers can remove them.

When no card fits

If your hand has no legal match, the round does not end. The computer keeps checking its hand and can refresh the two center cards when you have no legal play, giving the race new links to scan.

Why two lanes matter

Each card changes only the center lane where it is played. With two changing targets and a five-card hand, you can keep more than one rank route in view; the computer acts at the same time, so those openings can change before your next play.
