War: High Card

A two-player reveal-and-collision card game: compare ranks, collect the pot, and resolve ties with a War.

How the round works

The deck is split into 26 cards for you and 26 for the AI. Each Flip reveals one card from both sides. The higher rank wins the whole pot; the suit does not matter. A round ends when one side has no cards left.

Resolving a War

Equal ranks trigger a War. Press Flip again to place three cards from each side into the pot, then reveal the next pair. If a side has fewer than four cards when the War begins, the side with at least four cards takes the pot; the result then ends the round.

Strategy and replay

War is mostly a probability-and-patience game: the visible pot shows what is at stake, while the remaining card counts show who is under pressure. A War can swing a round because the winner receives every card in the pot. Use Restart for the current deal or New Game for another deal.
