World and Mission

Orla's moonlit course links 30 putting trails through meadow gates, quiet banks, and small water hazards. Each trail is a short read-and-try challenge rather than a speed test.

Every fifth trail is a checkpoint. Clearing the full route restores the moonlit map while keeping earlier trails available for replay and better strokes.

How the Systems Work

Drag back from the ball to set direction and power, then release to putt. Short pulls give finer control; longer pulls cover more distance but make a miss more costly.

Par is the trail's target stroke count. Banks can redirect the ball, water ends the attempt, and acorns reward finishing near or below par.

Cleared trails unlock the next trail, while best strokes and the next unlocked trail are saved only in this browser. Result offers Retry, Next hole, or Trail map.

How to Play

  1. Choose an unlocked trail from the map and read its par and hazards.
  2. Drag back from the ball to aim away from the direction you want it to travel.
  3. Release to putt, then read the roll and use the banks or a safer short stroke on the next attempt.
  4. Clear every hole in the trail, then choose the next hole, retry, or return to the map.

Strategy Tips

  • Start with a short stroke when learning a bank or water edge; distance is easier to add than to recover.
  • Aim for the safe side of a bank and leave a simple second shot instead of chasing a direct line through a hazard.
  • Use the trail map and checkpoints as a pacing tool: replay cleared trails to improve strokes without risking unlocks.

Campaign and Difficulty Growth

Trails 1–5 teach aim, power, banks, and the first checkpoint. Trails 6–10 add longer reads and tighter landing zones, with checkpoints continuing at 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30.

Later trails combine bank angles, gentle water, and par pressure without adding a countdown. The campaign stays replayable after Trail 30.

Developer Design Note

The same ball, course, collision, stroke, and result rules drive touch, mouse, and keyboard-friendly aiming. This guide describes the playable route without promising online accounts, purchases, or cross-device sync.

Parent Note

Animal Putt Trails is a general-audience sports puzzle for calm family play. No account, purchase, public ranking, or personal information is required; best strokes and unlocks stay in this browser and may be removed when site data is cleared.
